 | Although we offer extraordinary products and exemplary customer service, problems and confusion do arise. To cover a few of those possibilities, we need to let you know that:
1. Sizes shown are approximate. Very few of the items in our gallery were made to exact "standard sizes" (they are from antiques, after all). This means that you will probably not be able to use "standard size" frames. Almost everything in our gallery will require custom framing. That is why we offer incredible custom framing of everything we sell.
2. We are only human. That means we will make mistakes, from time to time. As we are placing thousand of items in our gallery, we might type in the wrong price, size, or other information. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, even after you find them. Thanks for understanding.
3. Everything we sell is a replica of an authentic antique work. While they may look as good, or better, than the originals, they are reproduction maps, prints, and photographs. If you are looking for an original, please let us know and we will see what we can find.
4. We have probably forgotten to disclaim something, but we will do our best to correct any problems and avoid misunderstandings.
